Bookbinding is one of the most versatile skills a maker can add to their tool belt. Designed for beginners who can’t find a needle in a haystack, and those with a little more experience alike! This class is for anyone looking to expand their knowledge of handmade books, traditional stitching techniques, and the potential of paper! This class is geared up to get you sewing in no time. Everything is provided for you in a handy kit, so all you need to do is turn up to get making!
The kit includes:
2 x book-board covers, wrapped in up cycled blush fabric and lined with handmade paper
8 x sketch paper signatures, pre-punched (approx. 100 finished pages)
1 x curved upholstery needle, threaded with natural, waxed cotton thread
*and as a special treat, the price of your ticket includes 2 exclusive video tutorials emailed to you after class to help you continue your bookbinding journey at home*
