Rodger Fox and The Rodger Fox Big Band has had a long history of supporting the Tauranga Festival and are pleased to present a special concert as part of the festival’s 60th Year celebrations.
To celebrate Rodger Fox Big Band’s 50th Anniversary performance the band is going to perform material from their latest recordings: Reimagined! The Rodger Fox Big Band plays Sir Dave Dobbyn and The Rodger Fox Big Band plays Hone Tuwhare, along with material by two of the band’s favourite arrangers Matt Harris and Bill Cunliffe.
Be there – experience the cream of New Zealand’s jazz scene perform and pay tribute to the outstanding Dr Fox and his huge contribution to kiwi jazz.
