Meet 19-year-old Sophie-Maude, Tauranga’s rising musical sensation.
Sophie-Maude’s 2022 single ‘Take Me Away’ went to #1 on the NZ Hot 40 Singles Chart. More recently she featured on Blindspotts’s ‘A Perfect Storm’ which firmly places her at the heart of a new wave of up-and-coming one’s to watch in the NZ music scene.

The summer of 2023 has been a busy one for Sophie-Maude. Her latest performances include; Auckland’s Cola Cola Christmas In The Park, opening for Hollie Smith’s Tauranga show and at Opotiki Lantern Festival alongside stars such as Gin Wigmore and Rob Ruha. Sophie-Maude’s incredible live show will leave you in awe.
Her music is a powerful expression of her own lived experiences of Autism, ADHD, OCD, and Tourette’s syndrome, giving her show a unique and unscripted performance. There’ll be laughter, tears and by the end of the evening you’ll most likely have goosebumps from the experience!
