Friday 11 May 2018 saw Jan Tinetti visit Creative Bay Of Plenty to discuss all things arts and culture in our region. Jan is a huge advocate for the arts and with the Prime Minister Rt Hon Jacinda Ardern as the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage, the sector is in a strong position to have it's voice heard.
On Monday 14 May 2018, CBOP went along to the Social Link presentation where they presented their report on 'Mapping The Social Sector', which also saw Jan Tinetti present to the crowd about Government priorities.
The project emerged from a need expressed by the sector to better understand itself, provide data for future planning, and to demonstrate the value and contribution it makes to the region.
