Talanoa Mau is a two-day gathering in which delegations of artists and culture-makers from around the world and Aotearoa gather for urgent conversation. A collision of world views will be offered, responded to, debated and collected, as part of an historic meeting that places art at the centre of urgent public decision, carving a path to our future worlds.
Talanoa Mau takes place at Soundings Theatre, Te Papa, Wellington, Monday 24 & Tuesday 25 February 2020.
New Zealand Festival of the Arts is committed to supporting a thriving, interconnected and engaged arts sector. Independent and freelance artists are a vital voice in our arts ecosystem. In recognition of this, 40 places have been set aside exclusively for artists to attend and join the Talanoa Mau conversation.
Each Artist Scholarship covers full ticket entry, valued at $549.
