An opportunity is available for an artist to create a mural in a shopping centre in Welcome Bay.
The walls in the centre have recently been painted a light grey, but are lacking atmosphere.
Ideally, the artist will create a mural of Rangatawa Bay, which is not only picturesque but combines a little bit of local history.
