Furniture Maker / Photographer / Videographer

Scott Boardman has qualifications in furniture making, graphic design and 3D printing, and has completed a Bachelor of Creative Industries degree at Toi Ohomai in visual arts. His experience includes over six years as a furniture maker primarily working with solid wood, as well as working as a freelancer in photography, videography and sculpture. Scott was employed as a workshop technician at Weta Workshop in Wellington, where he was involved in multiple projects for film, exhibition and TV.  He also undertook technical work and ran workshops at Toi Ohomai. View Scott’s work here, and to contact him, email scottbnz@hotmail.co.nz.

Graphic Designer

Jonathan Cramp is a graphic designer who recently graduated from Toi Ohomai’s Bachelor of Creative Industries programme with a major in graphic design. He has had three years’ work experience and is now looking for a full time graphic design role in Tauranga. Scott enjoys all aspects of the design process, including creating logos, banners, brochures, and t-shirts. He says he’s someone that thinks outside the box and always strives to produce the best work possible. You can see some of Jonathan’s work here and he can be contacted at crampjonathan@icloud.com.

Videographer / Cinematographer

Louis Bolton is a professional videographer / cinematographer based in Tauranga. He has a passion for the arts sector and believes he can add significant value by helping you tell your stories through film. Louis’ key skills include:

  • developing video content for a business or a brand
  • creating engaging video and photo content, including stories, testimonials, and product highlights, and
  • supporting sustainable business growth through videography.

Dance & Music Tutors

StarJam are looking for creative passionate people who want to use their skills in music and performance to join a movement for positive social change! StarJam is a fun, creative and positive not-for-profit that is changing the way New Zealanders view disability by helping young people with disabilities unleash their potential through musical performance.

StarJam Tauranga has two tutoring positions in dance or drumming available for 2023 in Mount Maunganui.
