To celebrate the 30th birthday of the Pāpāmoa Sports and Recreation Centre, the venue’s team are seeking expressions of interests from artists to paint a mural on the internal entrance wall.
Artists are invited to send in expressions of interest to design a mural that celebrates Pāpāmoa, its people and landscape. Artists may interpret the brief (linked below in more detail) however they like.
All artists are encouraged to apply but preference will be given to an artist with a connection to Pāpāmoa.
Date of completion: September, ready to unveil at the 30th birthday celebrations in mid-September 2024
Location: Pāpāmoa Sports & Recreation Centre, Gordon Spratt Reserve, 80 Alice Way, Pāpāmoa
