The breakfast set features a choice of fish or vegan main, accompanied by rice, miso soup, a variety of side dishes (including some delicious fermented options), and finished with Japanese tea or specialty coffee. Throughout the meal, Brian and Rika, the duo behind RIKARIKA, will share the stories and cultural significance behind each dish, highlighting how local produce adds a fresh twist to traditional Japanese flavours.

Guests can choose from two seating times at 9am or 10am.
