Downtown Tauranga has an exciting commission opportunity for an artist to create a large-scale artwork for their Santa’s Southern Hemisphere Grotto in the lead up to Christmas. Situated at 41 Devonport Road in Tauranga’s city centre, the theme for the grotto is all things that make Aotearoa, and especially Tauranga, unique at Christmas time.
The mural needs to be completed by 27 November and the artist will be required to work during the Bay of Plenty Garden & Art Festival (14-17 November).
