This is a great opportunity to develop your skills as an actor. For actors at any stage of their journey, the drive to deliver results often leads to the reliance on “quick fixes”, which can undermine a truly authentic and genuine performance. These shortcuts may become habitual, limiting our ability to connect deeply with our roles and constraining our expressive range.
In this workshop, we will engage in a series of exercises and acting activities designed to break free from these superficial solutions. Our goal is to cultivate a deeper connection to our performances, enhancing the authenticity and truthfulness of our stage presence. By refining our approach, we will expand our expressive possibilities and build a toolkit that fosters greater confidence and helps us organise our creative process for future projects.
