– Wall features – Pipe and wire cover. Curved corner – top right. Chimney? – top left.
– Ground quality – Half uneven old tarmac with weeds growing through. Half concrete base
foundation from a previous building. Owner reports no plans to replace building.
– Landlord to confirm mural specifications.
– High visibility from Spring street, the busy bus stops on Durham street and popular ‘Wilson’ allday carpark. A mural will also help uplift this area.
