• Vehicles in close proximity to wall. Additional health and safety required. 
• Wall in poor condition. No obvious loose areas etc. However, relevant safety checks required prior to painting. 

Other Considerations

• Wall in Poor condition. Discussion to be had with landlord re. Surface preparation/ ensuring wall safe / access to top areas of wall. 
• Clean, and potential patching and base coat required.
• Corrugated steel wall to Left – pictured. Tagged multiple times. Could mural incorporate this wall also to deter taggers?
• Potential top section of wall – old rendered surface.
• Option to work onto all sections of North East wall of building, or to select sections. Pictured. 
• Wall looks onto ’50 Devonport Road – Wall B’ – unsure if area is going to be opened up.
