  • Great quality, painted rendered wall. Slight texture. Paneling along top of wall – Unsure of material. 
  • Clean required. 
  • Tagged multiple times. Few areas of chipped paint. Base coat potentially required.
  • Consider that these walls are on the side of a hotel – may be specifications for mural. 
  • Wall looks onto private vehicle parking. Access potentially easier during weekend. 
  • Option to pair with ’72 Devonport road – Wall E’.
  • Unsure of plans for ’66 Devonport Road’ area – currently low foot traffic, however, if opens up, more public will see.
