Bare Minimum – Life Drawing

Keen for a dose of creative mindfulness?
Suitable for beginner artists through to advanced, these relaxed monthly sessions provide a fabulous opportunity to hone your observational drawing skills. The session will be hosted by long standing Incubator collaborator and talented artist, Damien Kurth. He will be there to offer demonstrations, support, hints, challenges and feedback for those who want it.
We will provide basic drawing supplies and a live model. Bring a mate, your favourite drawing materials and refreshments. See ya there!
*Out for respect for the model and the life drawing process, this is a closed workshop. Please arrive with time to settle in before the workshop begins and doors close at 6pm.
A word from the The Incubator: We are always striving to try make art opportunities more affordable and accessible for the community. At the same time we are also working to pay artists and collaborators fairly, maintain our spaces and provide the necessary materials and resources. This intimate monthly gathering, is a self-sustaining series. It needs a minimum number of participants to break even and anything above that goes toward the aforementioned necessities for future sessions. We think the Bare Minimum Life Drawing experience is unique one – offering extremely knowledgeable tutelage in a vibrant gallery setting amidst a curated exhibition of inspired artworks. You won’t be disappointed!
