DIY Bingo: Dream it, do it!
Presented by: The Incubator Creative Hub and Sew Love
Forget boring resolutions — let’s make 2025 a game you actually want to play. In this creative session, you’ll design your own bingo board packed with goals, adventures, and things that make life awesome.
Use doodles, collage, colours, whatever feels like you. Your board can include big dreams and easy wins: try a new hobby, celebrate yourself, plan something bold, meet someone who inspires you. You’ll get fun prompts to help you explore what matters to you – friends, wellbeing, creativity, school, future plans. But there’s no pressure to share anything personal. Your board, your vibe.
We’ll supply all the materials: paper, pens, pencils, watercolours, collage bits and tools. You just show up and make something cool.
By the end, you’ll have your own “choose-your-own-adventure” year, full of excitement for the year ahead.
Sarah Sew Love is a self proclaimed “hype girl for YOUR sustainable sewing journey”! She’s been sewing, blogging, gramming and teaching sewing for over 10 years through her sewcial enterprise Sew Love and she’s now calling Tauranga home. Sarah’s known for popping up workshops all over NZ; alongside markets, conferences, schools, community houses & recycle centres to share her passion for sewing skills and sustainable living. “DIYing the reusables we need, repairing the things we love, embracing sewing slow and sewing together with others – it all makes our lives more special!” In recent years she’s mostly known for her sellout upcycled scrap bum bags and dancing around on instagram but hosting workshops is her homebase of happiness. Rest assured the energy is just the same in real life so come join one of her workshops this winter in our Social Fabric room. With big smiles and rainbow fabric scraps, her workshops always provide a safe space and encouragement for everyone’s creativity and self expression through sewing.
IMPORTANT: This workshop has been thoughtfully curated by the tutor to nurture their creativity, so we recommend you leave your child(ren) to enjoy it on their own and with their peers. Both the Campus and the Village have lost of spaces for you to chill and wait until the workshop is finished.
