Hi, I’m Michelle, founder of Friday Studio, a boutique design studio based in Papamoa Beach.

With more than 20 years of experience in the design industry, I help businesses and organisations tell their stories through considered design that is both purposeful and engaging. My work spans brand identity, publications, annual reports, print communications, packaging and marketing collateral, with a focus on creating thoughtful solutions that connect with the people they’re designed for.

I work closely with clients to understand who they are, what they stand for, and what they want people to understand about their brand. From there, I develop design systems and visual communications that bring clarity, consistency and confidence to their brand.

Over the years I’ve worked with businesses, museums, organisations and community initiatives across a wide range of sectors. Whether it’s creating a new brand identity, designing a publication, or developing supporting marketing materials, I enjoy helping clients communicate their message in a way that feels authentic and considered.
At Friday Studio, I believe good design is more than making something look beautiful. It’s about creating meaningful connections, building trust, and helping organisations communicate with purpose.
