9:30 AM: Official Blessing & Launch of the Tauranga Runway
Witness the historic unveiling of nearly 100 metres of stunning public art! This permanent installation features 8 artists sharing powerful stories of Whenua, Kotahitanga, Haurora, and Whakapapa.
Please stand to the side of the road and not on the artwork prior to the blessing.
10:00 AM: SIX Exhibition Openings & Gathering
Immediately following the blessing, the party continues as we throw open the doors to six unique exhibitions across the village!

Live Music: Enjoy performances from the Mount Maunganui College Street Band, Tauranga Boys College, and Jack Dusty’s Ukulele Group.
Street Entertainment & Stalls: A buzzing atmosphere with fun for the whole family.
