This immersive, multi-sensory event invites diners to explore the unexpected, as student chefs transform unusual and often overlooked rescued ingredients, generously provided by Good Neighbour, into five delicious courses.
Each dish will be served in a different atmosphere at Toi Ohomai, turning the entire evening into a progressive feast of flavour and creativity. Guests won’t just eat, they’ll participate, interact, and help shape an unforgettable culinary experience.
All proceeds will be donated back to Good Neighbour.
