Okorore Ngā Toi Māori Gallery welcomes an amazing collective of Kaitoi to our Whare – Our main Exhibition Kaupapa space for an exhibition of “Ipu”.
These ipu or vessels represent many media and forms – speaking of taonga tuku iho – or treasures handed down , interpretations from a collective of wāhine who are unapologetic with their respective mediums.
Opening preview Friday the 21st of February 2025 at 5.30pm. Refreshments and a cash bar will be available. Everyone welcome.
On display in Whare Taonga – Okorore Ngā Toi Māori Gallery from the 22nd of February till the 15th March.
