Saravá Fest

WELCOME TO SARAVÁ FEST 2026
Saravá Fest is a free community festival celebrating Afro-Brazilian culture, heritage and diversity in Aotearoa New Zealand.
A space for connection, belonging and cultural exchange, the festival brings together music, dance, food, art, traditions and stories, celebrating Afro-diasporic and Indigenous roots.
At the heart of Saravá Fest is the spirit of exchange — sharing food, art, knowledge and creations while bringing people together. Our market is an important part of this experience, connecting artists, makers, food producers and the wider community.
Saravá House — Experience Brazil

With a range of fun, interactive workshops created especially for children, Erê Village is a place to play, learn, make new connections and experience the joyful spirit of Brazil.
Bring the whole family and let the little ones dance, create, explore and celebrate Brazilian culture in their own way!
