We are a Design, Marketing, and Events team blending the expertise of Charlotte Tollervey from the UK and Aotearoa’s own Natalie Rutene. With over 30 years of international experience in events and marketing, we specialise in helping corporations, businesses, and not-for-profits engage their audiences through world-class events and communication strategies. Our passion lies in crafting creative solutions across event and project management, design, marketing, communications, and sponsorship/funding.
PomPom was born out of a desire to do things differently. We wanted to optimise our skills to create a better balance—allowing us more time with our families and greater involvement in our community. Seven years on, we’ve had the privilege of supporting over 80 events across the motu.
At the heart of our mahi is a commitment to making a positive impact. Sustainability has been a core value from day one, shaping how we deliver services that have a lasting and positive impact on the communities we serve. We are thrilled at the prospect of collaborating with creatives in the Bay of Plenty, where we’re proud to have a strong presence.
