The Tauranga Hobby Group (THG) is your go-to destination for indulging in your favourite pastimes while connecting with like-minded enthusiasts. Meeting weekly on Wednesday evenings (6-8pm), THG welcomes everyone to bring their hobbies or make use of our haberdashery to dive into activities such as knitting, crochet, scrapbooking, embroidery, cross-stitch, sewing, weaving, and more. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just starting, THG offers a friendly, supportive environment where you can learn new skills, share your expertise, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow hobbyists. Attendance cost is $2 if you bring your own supplies, or $5 if you would like to make use of the haberdashery.

We meet at the Tauranga Central Baptist Church every Wednesday, 6-8pm. Entrance via the rear door in the car park behind the church.
