I grew up in the Baltic country of Lithuania and have lived in New Zealand since 2000. My great passion is painting, having decided to follow my dream and  to change my professional career from accountant to that of Fine Artist.

I have been full time for five years now and have had my first professional, successful solo exhibition at Wallace Gallery in Morrinsville and a number of group shows. My work is represented by a few galleries throughout Waikato, Christchurch and private collections. I was introduced to the beautiful world of colour by my oil artist father, who is descended from a famous historical oil painter and also my water colourist mother.

My subject matter varies from portraiture to figurative and abstract style and in variety of media, gold leaf and textured paste introduced in my latest artworks. I love to become immersed in my work and feel joy, passion and pleasure in the process. Each piece has a story to tell and I wish for my viewers to be captivated and experience the joy that I feel in creation.
