Hi, my name is Nick Gladding, I’m a UX / UI designer with 20+ years experience. My background is in graphic design, graduating from Elam school of fine arts in 2003.

I specialise in customer led creative strategy, building foundations for growth in organisations and businesses alike. I also enjoy getting back to my creative roots with graphic design, even design education within the organisations I work with closely.

I work by the philosophy that form always follows function. I first solve the need, then make it pretty.

My office is in the lower Kaimais so I have the advantage of being close enough to the action to collaborate, by can escape to immerse myself in my work. I collaborate with a network of talented designers and developers to ensure the best possible tools are created to help customers get what they need.
