Kia ora, I’m Rae – a well seasoned events professional who now operates at consultancy level, as well as dipping my toes into other fun projects.

I have over two decades of hands-on experience in the events industry, with a specialism in music festivals and a track record at the Director and Board level.

I’m passionate about turning events into destination drivers for local economies, tourism, and the overall enrichment of our lives. I totally love the fact that we create experiences for people that give them lasting positive memories.

In my capacity as an Events Consultant, I am here to help businesses in the events and creative spaces map out their success journey. I offer tailored workshops that tackle challenges head-on, whether it’s setting a new strategy, exploring fresh opportunities, understanding sponsorship best practice, fundraising, or guiding your team through changes. Think of it as creating a roadmap.

I like to think of my coaching style as a turbo boost for your toolkit. I’m here to equip you with the insights and tools needed to shape a successful future for your events, helping you make decisions with confidence, and ensuring your events not only grow but make a lasting impact.
