I am a photographer and visual designer.
A large part of my private practice, and what I love, is photography.
With a degree in visual arts, I previously worked at Weta Workshop in Wellington, on film, TV and exhibition projects, as credited: Disney’s Mulan, James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water and Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power.
Over the years of my professional photography career, I have worked with an array of small- to medium-sized businesses as well as local organisations, artists and families, producing portraits, actions shots and more for their websites, social media and for marketing materials.
Through the photos that I capture, I bring a touch of Hollywood to life or business. Whether that be to give new light to your website, capture a special event or family portraits, or enhance your marketing collateral – whatever you have in mind, I’d love to capture it for you!
I’m also a qualified graphic designer and furniture maker, with extensive years of experience and skills working with solid wood. I’ve been able to merge hand craftsmanship and design together to create some amazing pieces.
In my down time I enjoy going out on long walks, exploring places and landscapes. My aim is to capture these as uniquely as possible.
I also undertook technical work and ran workshops at Toi Ohomai, Institute of Technology.
