TOI MOANA BACKGROUND & IMPLEMENTATION
The Arts & Culture Strategy is a framework for the two councils, and their funding partners which outlines where our arts and cultural sector is right now, where we want to be and what we need to do to get there.
It’s a three-year plan that will create a clear framework and priorities for decision-making, ensuring our arts and cultural sector grows in a logical and sustainable way.
