  • Some minor paint cracking. Moss growing. A lot of weathering.

  • Clean and potential base coat required prior to painting. 
  • Wall features – 1 x boarded up window to be incorporated?/ 1 x wire/ 1 x drainage ground hole – to right of wall/ roof flashing runs along top of wall.
