vehicle access to private carpark.

– Excellent condition, 1 storey, painted rendered wall. Slight texture.
– Wall does not currently get a lot of foot traffic. Discussion with landlord/ TCC re. plans for
temporary gate access on Devonport Road. If removed, wall to have high visibility.
– Clean required.
– Roof flashing runs along top of wall, 1 x sign and 1 x pipe.
– Neighbouring wall to consider/ potential to pair with ’50 Devonport Road – WALL A’.
