This wall has excellent visibility from Spring street and Durham street, including
popular bus stops. The wall stretches onto Waihirere Lane. This wall will be viewed by
many and has the option to wrap around onto ’50 Wharf Street – WALL A’ and ’50
Wharf Street – WALL B’. The wall has been tagged numerous times, a mural will help
deter this and uplift the area.

– South East wall of 50 Wharf street, Harbour City Motor Inn.
– Half of wall accessed via bottom level of popular ‘Wilson’ public carpark, Spring
Street.
– Other half of wall accessed via Waihirere Lane, private carpark for ‘The Firm’
lawyers.

– Car parking at base of wall. Spaces to be blocked off.
– Uneven ground quality in some areas – Left side of wall – shrubs/ holes in tarmac
(pictured). Additional health and safety considerations.
– Ground level drops down 0.5 storey onto private carpark on Waihirere Lane.
Other Considerations:
– Sturdy ground for scaffold. Ground would need looking over again.
– Yellow painted brick wall. Excellent condition, visibility and lighting.
– Surface clean needed prior to painting.
– Base coat needed in some areas due to graffiti/ tagging.
– Motel logo – featured at top Left of wall – Ask landlord re. specifications/ if required to
keep?
– Wall features – Multiple exterior ventilation vents,
