  • Wall onto vehicle access. Additional health and safety required. 

Other Considerations

  • Painted masonry block wall. Roof flashing along top of wall. 
  • Door and boarded up window in poor condition, however could make interesting features. 
  • Cleaning required.
  • Base coat required. Some blue paint splashes to left of wall. 
  • Wall features old access door – Discussion with landlord required re. if still in to find out if still in use. Boarded up window. Meter box door – to see if can paint over. 
  • Better access to wall on a weekend due to less use of throughway. Discussion with landlord required.
