  • Electricity. Discussion with landlord re. health and safety precautions.

  • 4 walls. Great quality. Unpainted brick. Some spacing between bricks/ patterns.
  • 1 storey. Some of the walls which make up the substation, are patterned brick. 
  • Clean and base coats required on all sides. 
  • Discussion with landlords re. what can be painted/ design specifications.
  • Taumatakahawai Pā, Monmouth Redoubt, Robbins Park and Police station in close proximity.
