Melissa Mae:
Melissa’s screen industry career has spanned over 20 years and she has produced, line-produced, production managed and directed multiple television series for broadcast and on-demand, short films, documentaries, corporate video, communication and marketing content for the private and public sector and live theatre productions including Sticky TV, Attitude TV, Ka TV, Big Pot Little Pot, The Last Supper and In the Rainbow. With many of her productions gaining award-winning status and international recognition.

Sarah Oemcke:
With over 35 years in the theatre and film industry, Sarah has worked both on screen, on stage and behind the scenes. An accomplished director, actor and producer, Sarah has worked on over 30 theatre and film productions in the last 10 years alone. With over 15 of those in director or lead character roles. Her accomplishments credit her with awards in the UK and New Zealand for art direction, best actor and more recently a WIFT award for Outstanding Female Filmmaker. Sarah is also the co-founder of Bay of Plenty Screenwriters.

Larissa Allen:

Larissa has over 10 years of experience as a marketing and event manager as well as over 20 years of experience in the creative industry on stage and screen. Larissa is a founding member of Film Bay of Plenty Screenwriters and is an award nominee and winner for acting and screenwriting. Larissa has worked as an actor, writer, director and producer in professional theatre with the likes of Stuart Devenie, and more recently on screen in television and films; Once more with Muchness, The Man she Weeps, Ahikaroa, The Final Farewell and Joyless Pussies. Larissa has been privileged to work with and learn from some exceptional practitioners including; Peter Feeney, Lisa Chappel, Jacqueline Nairn, Jennifer Lee Warland, Vincent Ward and Jonathon Borough.
