Hey I’m Stacey Moore, a Christian abstract artist based in Papamoa. I’m inspired by colour and use art as a way to express my emotions. My aim is to create work that uplifts and brings joy.

I was born and raised in Hamilton. My family and I moved to Papamoa at the end of 2023 and we absolutely love living at the beach!

I’ve always loved art, it was my favourite subject at school. However after leaving school I pursued a career in early childhood education and had children of my own. I stopped creating art for a number of years during this time.

I had always had a fear of failure but I felt prompted by God to put this aside before I returned to painting in 2022. I committed to this and I have found a new freedom, painting expressive abstracts in acyrlic. I paint intuitively, trusting the process and allowing each painting to unfold as I paint.
I have also started to experiment with abstract landscapes which brings new challenges and growth in my art practice.

In addition to selling original artwork, fine art prints, and notebooks I also occassionally run workshops for adults.
