Bring the whānau and take a stroll through Giggles Māra Kai (vegetable garden), spread out a blanket, and enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces. Our playground is perfect for infants, toddlers, and older tamariki, with a trampoline, flying fox, sandpit, and large outdoor play areas to explore.
Whip up a garden-fresh treat in the Te Puke Community Gardens and watch a fun short film, learn about the 3 Kete of knowledge (healthy eating), enjoy tasty kiwifruit treats at The Capitol Theatre.

The Kids’ Kai Trail is a free, family-friendly adventure where tamariki explore, taste, and learn alongside their parents.
Only children need to register; adults do not require a ticket. Gluten-free and dairy-free dietary requirements can be catered for. Please note any requirements when purchasing your ticket.
